Worthy all, but a particular congratulations to Lynnette. While education and Pinot Noir are cited, her Rieslings have brought me great joy. Long ago, I worked for Corbans Wines. We dominated Riesling sales with White Label Johannesburg, Stoneleigh and the stunning Amberleys – both Robard & Butler and Private Bin (all made by Alan McCorkindale). Lynnettes’ wines did what great wine can do – take you back to a moment. Sipping great Riesling and eating a peach brûlée created by Mark Limacher at Roxburgh Bistro. Marks’ 3 course meal, matched with Corbans Wines scored maximum points from 4 different judges. He had a special plate made for the brûlée. Great wine, like Lynnettes’ amazing Rieslings create an experience – genuinely sensual. Congratulations all and thank you Lynnette.

Enjoying the Tongue in Groove 2014 Pinot Noir – Cabal Vineyard –  Its very typical of the Pinot Noir I taste from Burgundy on my many trips over the years to France. Totally enjoyable drinking
